**The use of strollers or baby carriages inside the monument is prohibited, according to the new regulations published in the BOJA on 26/09/2016. Therefore, and in order not to miss any part of the visit, we kindly ask families to refrain from using strollers or carriages and instead use baby carriers.
***We recommend arriving 15 minutes before the start of the visit. If you are not punctual, you may lose the right to take the tour. No refunds will be issued. The company will also be unable to provide tickets for individual unguided entry in the event of a late arrival. However, if you wish to visit on your own, please inform the guide, and we will hand over the tickets with no issue.
Cancellation Policy:
Requests for cancellations or modifications must be made via a message through the reservation page on MiReservaOnline.es in order to have a written record of the date and time of the request.
Cancellation or modification of a confirmed reservation is non-refundable under any circumstances.
No refund will be issued in the event that the client is late or does not show up at the meeting point on the date and time indicated on the booking voucher (15 minutes before the start of the tour).
